*The rehearsal will now take place on Friday morning.

Grade 8 & Jazz Band Field Trip Itinerary

Friday, May 22

7:45 a.m. – Grade 8 Early Morning Band

Please arrive in full uniform: White shirt, Band vest, Black pants

Don’t forget to bring your instrument and band music!

9:30–9:45 a.m.

Load equipment and board the bus.

9:45 a.m.

Depart for Westwood.

10:00 a.m.

Set up in the gym at Westwood Elementary during recess.

10:30–11:10 a.m.

Performance for Westwood students.

11:10 a.m.

Load equipment van and bus.

The equipment van will return to EWS.

Lunch Stop

The bus will depart for Wendy’s (near the bridge).

Students will need to bring their own lunch money.

Afternoon Activity

Bowling at The Alley.

1:45 p.m.

Depart for EWS.

2:00 p.m.

Arrive back at EWS.
