School Delays: All early morning band rehearsals are canceled for the day.

School Cancellations & Early Closures: All after-school rehearsals, concerts, and extracurricular activities are automatically canceled.

Rescheduled Rehearsals: If school is canceled, check the Band Blog or listen to the morning announcements when returning to school for updated dates and times.

Unforeseen / Emergency Morning Cancellations

If an early morning rehearsal is canceled at the last minute (due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), notice will be provided by 7:00 a.m. via:

📱 Students: If you see a last-minute cancellation notice, please help spread the word to your classmates via text or social media! Should a notification be missed, students can wait in the cafeteria until the regular start of the school day. The breakfast area is open and supervised early, so you can use the back door (cafeteria extension) in an emergency.

Parent Safety Discretion

The final decision regarding winter morning travel rests with parents and guardians. If you feel road conditions are unsafe, please do not travel and notify me by note or email. If you choose to drive and experience delays due to slippery roads, please prioritize safety over speed—students will always be welcomed into rehearsal late on messy mornings!
