Band fees ($25) are now being collected, and are due by Tuesday, November 30th. Band fees cover the cost of supplies required by all students such as reeds, drum sticks, valve oil, slide cream, cleaning cloths and tuning slide grease, as well as treats (ice cream after concerts, etc.) which are provided throughout the year.
Band fees can be paid by e-transfer (preferrred), cheque or cash. Please provide the student’s name, class, and reason for payment.
E-transfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If students are bringing cash or cheques to school, they can be turned in to the band teacher or in the main office. Please enclose payments in an envelope labeled with the students name and class or place the payment in a ziplock bag with a note stating the same information. Cash and cheque payments can also be made in the office during parent teacher interview times.
