That’s a Wrap!

We have raised $4302 ($4,280.50 plus $21.50 in donations) through the Anne’s Chocolates fundraiser. Thank you to everyone for helping to make this such a huge success!

The shipment will arrive on Friday, November 3rd. We will need a few volunteers on that day to help sort the orders when they arrive. Once I know the delivery time, I will send another note to see who might be available to help prepare the orders for pick up. The order forms for each seller will be included with the items to show students who ordered which products (i.e. Aunt Petunia gets 2 Thank You Baskets and 1 Case of Mini COW Chips). Details about when items will be sent home with students, and when parents can pick up larger orders will be available soon. Thank you!

Fundraising Update

Hi everyone!

We are at the midpoint of our campaign and the students have sold 150 items and have raised $1502.50! We are almost halfway to our goal of matching profits from last year’s band fundraiser…thank you so much for your support.

A few students have been offered direct donations to our band program. This is always very much appreciated! Please send cash or cheques in an envelope labeled “Band Program Donation” and include your student’s name and class.

Please click on this link to find a printable sales flyer which includes a QR code for the online store, as well as some general information about the campaign: Anne’s Chocolate Sales Flyer

The campaign will wrap up on October 20th and orders will be delivered to the school and sent home with students on November 3rd.

Anne’s Chocolates Update

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed some time with family and friends.

Thank you for your support of our band fundraiser! We have already raised $1,101.50 for band travel and special activities. Our goal is $3000, and we still have until Friday, October 20th to get there. All of the information for the campaign is pinned to the top of the band blog. There is also a paper “brochure” available in the band room for students who wish to distribute it to family or friends.

Thank you, and please reach out if you have any questions (ampeters@edu.pe.ca).
